WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

In the unlikely event that something is not quite right with your new pair of gloves, you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for a full refund. 

All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging. To find out how to return, please follow the steps in the below ‘How do I return my items?’ section.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund:

  • Shipping costs
  • Contact latex gloves with our protective palm plastic removed
  • Products returned after 14 days since purchase
  • Gloves with wear or deterioration
  • Gloves with wear or deterioration caused by not preparing and caring for them are in line with the glove care instructions on the packaging

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

    Once the return has been processed through our returns team, a refund will be granted up to 14 days of the time of us receiving your return.

    PLEASE NOTE: 

    Delivery addresses that include an error or have been incorrectly added by the customer and result in the order being returned to our warehouse will not have their shipping charge refunded if the customer chooses a refund. If the customer would like us to resend the order an additional shipping cost may be charged.
