Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. Exchanges and Refunds:

  • We offer exchanges or refunds in the form of a credit note.
  • You can exchange your purchased item for a different size, color, or a similar product of equal value.
  • Credit notes can be used for future purchases on our website.

2. Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

3. Return Process:

  • Once the return has been processed through our returns team, a refund will be granted within 3-5 working days of us receiving your return in the form of a credit note.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for shipping costs.
  • Products returned after 14 days since purchase are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Gloves with wear or deterioration, including those with contact latex and protective palm plastic removed, are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Gloves showing wear or deterioration caused by not following the glove care instructions on the packaging are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

6. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds in the form of a credit note will be issued within [3-5] business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

7. Customised Gloves:

  • Please note that customised gloves, unless they have a genuine defect, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Processing customised glove orders may require an additional 3-5 days.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Delivery addresses that include an error or have been incorrectly added by the customer and result in the order being returned to our warehouse will not have their shipping charge refunded if the customer chooses a refund. If the customer would like us to resend the order, an additional shipping cost may be charged.
